domain. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of B2B sales experience, strong industry knowledge, and a proven track record of team leadership and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals
Manage and mentor the sales & marketing team
Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, and consultants
Identify and develop new market segments and distribution channels
Oversee marketing, branding, pricing, and promotional activities
Collaborate with product/engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs
Represent the company at industry trade shows and exhibitions
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in
B2B industrial/electrical product sales
Prior exposure to
wires, cables, busbars, switchgear, or electrical insulation
is highly preferred
Diploma/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and general reporting
Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate; must be available for
onsite work
