Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

General Manager - Sales

to lead and scale sales operations for our upcoming commercial real estate project located on the

Kharar-Ludhiana Highway

. The ideal candidate must come from a

core real estate background

with

proven experience in selling commercial projects

such as retail, SCOs, office spaces, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall

sales strategy and execution

for the commercial project Drive

primary sales

of retail, office spaces, SCOs, or commercial units Build, train, and manage the

in-house sales team

Develop and manage

channel partner / broker network

Achieve

monthly and quarterly sales targets

Handle

pricing strategy, schemes, and negotiations

with clients and investors Coordinate with

marketing team

for campaigns, site visits, and lead conversions Conduct

client meetings, presentations, and deal closures

Maintain accurate

sales MIS, funnel reports, and forecasts

Ensure compliance with

RERA and company policies

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

Minimum 8-15 years

of experience in

real estate sales

Mandatory experience in

commercial real estate sales

Must be from a

real estate background

Strong understanding of

commercial products

(Retail, SCOs, Office Spaces) Proven ability to

close high-value deals

Experience working with

channel partners and institutional clients

Excellent

leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strong local market knowledge of

Tricity / Punjab region

preferred
