We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AGM - Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and support strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage key client relationships.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales leadership roles Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines AUTOMOBILE EXPERIENCE MANDATAORY

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
