1) 15 To 20 Years Experience in ILMCV & HCV
2) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet operators, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.
3) Identify and target potential clients in the commercial vehicle market.
4) Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for LCV and HCV segments to achieve revenue targets.
5) The role requires a strong network, deep knowledge of the commercial vehicle market, and excellent leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
6) Lead, Train, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
7) Focus on increasing Penetration of VAS Products such as AMC, FMS Etc.
8) Closely Coordinate with Service Department to ensure timely resolution of complaints and smooth after Sales Experience.
9) Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, finance, service) to ensure seamless operations and alignment of goals.
10) Ensure Timely closure of customer complaints and strictly adhere to TAT.
11) Assist with pricing strategies and lead negotiations to close profitable deals.
12) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and through after-sales service.
13) Expand market presence and market share for the company's commercial vehicles.
14) Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
15) Prepare regular sales forecasts and detailed reports for senior management.
16) Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to enhance performance and skills.
