Job Description

looking for an experienced GM Sales - Diagnostics to lead business growth, drive revenue, and expand doctor, hospital, and B2B partnerships for our diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall sales operations for diagnostics

Drive B2B, hospital, corporate, and doctor tie-ups

Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets

Develop sales strategies, pricing, and market expansion plans

Manage key accounts and channel partners

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team

Track sales performance, MIS, and market trends

Diagnostic & Healthcare Sales

B2B & Corporate Sales

Team Leadership

Strategic Business Development

Experience: 10-18 years in diagnostics/healthcare sales

Qualification: MBA/Graduate in any discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
