General Manager - Sales

Jaguar Land Rover Dealership - Guwahati

Lexus Group, one of Guwahati's upcoming automobile dealership groups, is looking for an experienced General Manager - Sales to lead the Jaguar Land Rover sales operations in Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities

Head and drive Sales Operations for Jaguar Land Rover, Guwahati

Achieve vehicle sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets

Develop and execute sales strategies, market penetration plans, and promotions

Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Managers

Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with Jaguar Land Rover India standards

Monitor market trends, competition, and customer insights

Oversee CRM, lead management, corporate & fleet sales, and customer engagement activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and JLR brand guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)

10-12 years of experience in automobile sales

(Premium / luxury car segment preferred)

Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skillsProven track record in achieving sales volume, revenue, and CSI targets

Experience in handling high-value customers and corporate sales

Location Guwahati

Reporting To Managing Director / CEO
