You will be responsible for integrating and optimizing every stage of production to achieve maximum productivity with minimal wastage. Key focus areas include:
Cutting to Packing Oversight: Plan, organize, and control all operations including cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and packing to ensure a smooth and continuous production flow.
On-Time Delivery: Execute production schedules to meet buyer deadlines while maintaining shipment accuracy.
Quality Assurance: Enforce stringent quality standards at every stage to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
Cost & Efficiency Management: Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to achieve cost-effective production and improve profitability.
Process Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing practices, automation, and line balancing to enhance output and reduce wastage.
Team Leadership: Motivate, train, and lead production teams across all departments to maintain high performance and operational discipline.
