Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage entries/cases on the GM Portal
Perform accurate data entry and regular updates
Upload, verify, and manage documents
Maintain daily work reports
Complete tasks within deadlines
Follow client and management instructions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience working on the GM Portal (Mandatory)
Strong computer and data entry skills
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Knowledge of internet, email, and document handling
Ability to read and understand English/Hindi
Honest, responsible, and punctual
