Location- Navi Mumbai
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Mandatory)
Experience: 15-20 Years (Manufacturing plant HR + IR exposure is mandatory)
Candidate from Plastics Industry will be added advantage.
CTC Budget: ₹15 LPA - ?18 LPA
Educational Qualification o MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR / IR / Labour Welfare
LLB (Labour Law) - Preferred
Strong knowledge of labour laws and multi-plant IR practices o Hands-on exposure to plant HR operations with frequent site visits o Proven experience in talent acquisition for manufacturing roles o Willingness and ability to travel extensively across plant locations.
Job Purpose- To support and manage end-to-end HR operations, Industrial Relations, and Talent Acquisition across plant and corporate operations, ensuring statutory compliance, harmonious employee relations, a strong talent pipeline, and alignment with the business objectives. Contractor & Third-Party Workforce Management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Experience:
Plastics Packaging Industry: 6 years (Preferred)
Plant HR: 10 years (Preferred)
IR, Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws: 10 years (Preferred)
