Profile - GM Plant and Operation

Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical / Production / Civil

Experience - Min. 10+ yrs. in Plant Operation (Mandatory experience in Waterjet, Airjet, or Looms manufacturing.)

Location- Kheda , Gujrart

Oversee the entire plant operations from raw material procurement to product dispatch.

? Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.

? Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes for smooth operations.

? Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity goals.

? Handle manpower planning, allocation, and management to optimize workforce efficiency.

? Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across the plant.

? Manage cost controls and budgets to meet financial targets.

? Optimize logistics and dispatch processes to ensure timely deliveries.

? Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Skill:

? Proven expertise in managing production, supply chain, and team coordination.

? Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

? Knowledge of waterjet product manufacturing is an added advantage.
