Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resources, timelines, and potential risks. Identify and acquire necessary manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to determine project specifications.

Project Monitoring:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site and ensure work aligns with plans and quality standards. Track actual progress against the project schedule and budget, identifying potential delays or cost overruns. Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site visits and project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain documentation.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.

Team Leadership:

Select and lead a multi-disciplinary project team, delegating tasks and responsibilities. Provide guidance and support to team members and supervise the work of laborers and other staff.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues, risks, and challenges early in the project lifecycle. Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and address project-related problems proactively.

Project Closeout:

Oversee the final stages of the project, including punch list completion and final paperwork. Facilitate prompt resolution of all outstanding issues to ensure final client acceptance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in project planning and monitoring software. Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and regulations. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
