Qualification : B. Tech ( mech)
Experience : 15-25 years
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across production, quality, dispatch, and supply chain.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of production schedules.
Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency.
Manage and mentor department heads (Production, Quality, SCM, Maintenance).
Prepare and monitor operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
Maintain high-quality standards throughout the operational processes.
Coordinate with management, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Present operational reports, analysis, and improvement plans to top management.
Develop continuous safety training programs and conduct audits.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
