Operations Management

Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.). Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the property with a focus on guest satisfaction, service standards, and operational efficiency. Manage budgeting, cost controls, vendor coordination, inventory management, and procurement. Monitor hotel performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service and profitability. Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Sales & Marketing

Create and execute sales strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue, especially during peak and off-seasons. Develop partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, DMCs, and corporates to generate mass bookings and long-stay guests. Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase visibility and brand awareness. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize pricing and promotional strategies.

Mass Bookings & Group Events

Handle inquiries, coordination, and execution of bulk bookings for groups, events, retreats, weddings, and corporate off-sites. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service for group stays and events. Negotiate group contracts and manage booking logistics end-to-end.

Guest Experience & Hospitality

Uphold the highest standards of guest service, hospitality, and satisfaction. Personally engage with guests and VIPs to ensure a memorable experience. Implement guest feedback systems and resolve complaints or service lapses quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate departmental heads and their teams to foster a culture of service excellence. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Promote teamwork, staff development, and a positive work environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
