Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily plant operations (production, quality control, maintenance, supply chain, and dispatch). Drive efficiency in powder usage, transfer efficiency, and cost-per-sq.ft benchmarks. Implement lean manufacturing practices to minimize wastage, downtime, and rework. Monitor KPIs such as output (sq.ft/day), on-time delivery, rejection rates, and cost of production. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental norms, and ISO/quality certifications.
Sales & Business Development

Lead sales strategy to expand business in architectural aluminium, industrial, and OEM segments. Manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments (dealers, fabricators, contractors, OEMs). Develop and execute pricing strategies based on cost models, margins, and competitor analysis. Track receivables, credit control, and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Strategic Initiatives

Drive digital adoption in reporting, ERP/MIS, and customer management. Collaborate with powder suppliers (e.g., Axonoble, Jotun) for approvals, technical updates, and joint marketing. Benchmark against competitors and bring in global best practices in powder coating operations.
