Reports: Senior Manager Production, Quality, Purchase, HR Manager, Maintenance, Logistics Manager and Accounts Executive

One of the leading automotive manufacturer supplying a variety of EPDM Rubber parts like Sealing Systems, hoses & moldings to International OEM's like VW, Ford, M&M, Bajaj Auto & Nissan. The company has been TS 16949 & ISO 14001 certified for last 3 years. The company has 2 multinational Joint Ventures for manufacture and supply to Indian and international OEM's. The company is on a strong growth path looking for young & enthusiastic professionals to drive the company forward
Job Requirement:
Exp. 12 plus years of experience in heading Site/Unit/location of automotive/ auto ancillary / Engineering industry, with at least 3 5 years in a managerial role.
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering (preferred) with relevant experience.

Responsible for driving overall business performance and operational excellence
Ensuring achievement of budgeted targets and strategic objectives.
Leads cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and 5S practices.
Builds and sustains strong relationships with JV partners, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Oversees operational reviews, staffing, training, and compliance with all statutory and certification requirements. Guides teams in market analysis, procurement strategy, and cost optimization.
Ensures effective risk management, benchmarking of best practices, and smooth coordination between global and local functions.
Represents in audits and external business matters, maintaining governance and alignment with board directives.
Desired Profile
Seasoned senior management professional with over 12 years of leadership experience in the automotive or related manufacturing sector, preferably with exposure to international joint ventures.
Skilled in managing rubber product manufacturing processes and driving quality management initiatives.
Recognized for strong people leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example.
Brings valuable international and multicultural experience, with fluency in English and local languages.
