We are a leading Transport & Logistics company seeking experienced and Qualified GM/ Manager- Maintenance to join our team.
Profile:
KRA for this critical role would be to develop a team for implementation of systems and procedures, record keeping and inspections for maintaining a fleet of Trucks and Trailers. Additional responsibility can be for overall charge of maintenance of fleet Forklifts/ Tuggers (Electric and Diesel) and/ or ISO tank containers also depending on capabilities of the candidate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Relevant training, certifications and licenses would be advantageous.
Proven experience at Truck OEMs or dealerships would be preferred and encouraged to apply.
Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering within Transport Vehicles, Material Handling/ construction equipment background preferred.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair activities.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
