We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior General Manager to oversee and drive the sales operations of our team. The GM will play a pivotal role in leading the sales department, building relationships with key clients, and achieving business targets. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, strong sales experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing training, support, and guidance to enhance performance.
Develop and manage the sales team's KPIs, ensuring individual and team targets are met consistently.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
Provide personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline and enhance sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement CRM tools and systems to track leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed in accordance with company policies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Analyze sales data to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management, providing insights on team progress and business opportunities.
Review and analyze market conditions to adjust strategies as required.
Incentive and Profit Share Management:
Ensure the team is motivated through performance-driven incentives and profit-sharing schemes.
Develop transparent and attractive incentive programs that align with company objectives and encourage sales growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
: Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Accounting.
Experience
:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven track record of managing and growing team
Good communication skills in English.
