Job Purpose






To Establish fully digitized Hunting & Farming Go To Market thru Inside Sales engine with end to end Lead to Purchase order capability & with an ambition of incremental business contribution.




Key Result Areas/Accountabilities





Revenue Management:




Plan Budget, deliver Segment Revenue: End-2-End & BAU through Channels

Sales Planning & Execution:




Establish automated processes for lead to PO capability Synchronization & Planning with Corporate Mktg. team for Campaigns on Relevant Web Media Plan & execute Product Campaigns SAC policy for Channel Partner E2E Sales (Zero SAC)



People Matrix Management:




Build a Strong, Agile, Capable & Performing team for Hunting & Farming


Segment Revenue & contribution margin- -150 Crs by FY 22

Opex saving of close to 8%


Proposition Mix RED Edge + Product Mix- 60% FLX+ IOT & 20% cloud

15-18 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Partner Management & Operations Expertise in Phygital/Channel Sales Financial acumen Excellence in Operations Drive Ability to Engage with CXO/Directors Distinctive problem solving, strategic and analytical capabilities
