Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Lead end-to-end operations of
restaurants, food court, hotel, and cinema
within the plaza
Ensure smooth daily operations with consistent
service quality, hygiene, and safety standards
Develop and implement
SOPs
across all hospitality verticals
Monitor and improve
guest experience and satisfaction scores
Food & Beverage Leadership
Oversee all F&B outlets including fine dining, QSRs, cafes, and food court operations
Work closely with restaurant partners/brands on:
Menu planning & pricing strategy
Quality control & brand compliance
Revenue optimization
Ensure
FSSAI compliance, food safety audits, and hygiene standards
Hotel & Cinema Oversight
Supervise hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Oversee cinema operations focusing on customer flow, F&B counters, staff productivity, and safety
Coordinate promotions, events, and peak-hour management
Financial & Commercial Management
Prepare and manage
annual budgets, P&L, and cost controls
Track revenue, occupancy, average ticket size, food sales, and footfall trends
Identify opportunities for
upselling, cross-promotion, and event-based revenue
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and lead multi-department teams
Build a performance-driven culture with regular reviews and training programs
Ensure adequate staffing, shift planning, and productivity benchmarks
Marketing & Business Development
Work with marketing teams on:
Launch campaigns for new restaurants/hotel/cinema
Seasonal promotions, festivals, and events
Partnerships and brand activations
Represent the plaza in discussions with
brand partners, investors, and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration
, or related field
10-15+ years
of experience in hospitality leadership roles
Mandatory experience in
multi-unit operations
(restaurants + hotel OR large F&B clusters)
Exposure to
cinema, entertainment venues, or large lifestyle destinations
is a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of:
F&B operations
Hospitality compliance & licensing
Budgeting and P&L management
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent operational and financial acumen
