Drive strategy, planning, and execution for all RCM functions: patient access, billing, coding, charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow.
Align operations with client requirements, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Operational Excellence
Oversee large-scale RCM operations across multiple clients/accounts.
Monitor KPIs (AR days, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate, etc.) and ensure continuous improvement.
Implement process automation and digital transformation to enhance efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key point of contact for client leadership.
Build strong partnerships, ensuring SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks are met/exceeded.
Manage escalations and drive resolution with a client-first approach.
Team Leadership
Lead and inspire a large team of managers, SMEs, and associates across functions.
Hire, mentor, and develop leadership talent to build strong succession pipelines.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and a performance-driven culture.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and client-specific compliance requirements.
Establish and monitor strong internal controls and audit processes.
Partner with Quality and Training teams to maintain high accuracy levels.
Financial Management
Own the P&L for assigned accounts/operations.
Drive cost optimization without compromising quality.
Provide accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
Expertise in
US healthcare RCM (front-end to back-end)

Strong knowledge of payer rules, coding guidelines, HIPAA compliance.
Proven experience in
large-scale operations management (250+ FTEs)
