About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic

Finance & Accounts professional

with over

20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial operations, capital raising, and strategic decision-making. Experience in the

Defence or Aerospace sector

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain

financial models

to support business planning and investment decisions. Manage

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

activities, including valuation, due diligence, and integration. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Lead, mentor, and maintain the Finance & Accounts team

, ensuring effective performance and professional growth. Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Build and lead a high-performing finance team to support business growth. Liaise with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

qualification is mandatory.

20+ years of experience

in Finance and Accounts, preferably within manufacturing industries. Experience in the

Defence or Aerospace

industry is a plus. Strong

financial modelling

and

analytical

capabilities. Excellent knowledge of

accounting principles

and

financial reporting standards

. Strong

communication, leadership, and presentation

skills.
