About the role: PSS has been mandated to hire a General manager - E-commerce Head for one of the leading consumer durable and pioneer brands in sewing machines.
Job Purpose: The incumbent is responsible for handling E-commerce function for the Company
Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle the E-commerce function for the Company.
  • Develop E-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of the e-commerce business of the brand.
  • To drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, and reduce delivery costs.
  • To develop promotional campaigns and offers across the year to achieve sales targets.
  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with e-commerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and executing Online Marketing strategy.
  • To create engagement in digital marketing plans to ensure maximum brand visibility across online platforms.
  • Conceptualize & manage all online marketing channels & initiatives to match business objectives and analyze data and measure results in conjunction with the Marketing team to ensure targets.
  • Collaborate with other sales peers, design teams, and management to ensure that you are offering the best assortment to the customer.
  • Competition tracking and strategizing to share gain at the SKU Level.
  • Monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them..

Educational Qualifications And Experience:
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to set goals, define priorities, manage individual / team performance, and organize people and activities to achieve goals.
  • 10-20 years of experience in E-commerce.
  • Project/Team leadership experience with ability to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop a team, providing coaching, opportunities to develop skills, constructive and timely feedback on performance/progress toward goals/expectations
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
