Key Responsibilities
Leasing Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute corporate leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Identify market trends, rental benchmarks, and emerging demand to guide leasing initiatives.
Prepare annual leasing plans, forecasts, and performance targets.
Business Development & Client Management
Identify, target, and secure high-value corporate clients and tenants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, brokers, and channel partners.
Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and agreements in alignment with company objectives.
Operational Oversight
Monitor leasing performance, tenant satisfaction, and space utilization.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lease execution.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and lease policies.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of leasing managers and executives.
Set performance KPIs and ensure continuous training and development.
Handling transaction and convert he lead into transaction and negotiation skills required
Payment collection follow ups
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
10-15 years of experience in commercial/corporate leasing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of closing large corporate deals and managing high-value portfolios.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of leasing laws, documentation, and commercial real estate trends.
