Telecom services domain, Field Operations, Location based services, Maps Operations. Solution Architecture


15 year(s) of experience is required in BPO industry

Educational Qualification:

A master's or bachelor's degree with relevant solution architect experience

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, working closely with clients to articulate business problems and translate them into an appropriate solution design. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analysing business requirements, and designing solutions that meet client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities (Independent Contributor):

Lead the design and development of solutions that meet client needs, utilizing your expertise in Solution Architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet client needs.

Translate business problems into appropriate solution designs, owning the overall solution blueprint and roadmap.

Communicate technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing your expertise in Program Project Management.

Expert in supporting commercial construct (including but not limited to cost assumptions, resource pyramid, overheads etc...)

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Solution Architecture and Planning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

Expertise in Solution Architecture.

Good To Have Skills:

Experience in Program Project Management.

Strong understanding of business requirements and solution design.

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Solid grasp of the latest advancements in Solution Architecture and Planning.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture in Tier 1 or Tier 2 BPO organization


The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Solution Architecture, Planning, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
