Location - GurgaonWe are hiring for a General Manager (Business Development) having experience of 6+ years in a similar role. Looking for a candidate who has good expertise in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.Your Future Employer- It is a logistic solution platform company with a presence across various parts of the country. Organization is also get funded by the investors across globe.Responsibilities- * Developing and implementing business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

• Discovering untapped business prospects and emerging market trends, crafting innovative strategies to harness their potential for growth and success.
• Building and Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strengthening and Maintaining the company\'s brand identity and positioning in the market.
• Partner closely with marketing teams to conceive and execute captivating marketing campaigns and initiatives, strategically aligned to bolster business development endeavors.
• Monitoring and Reporting the Key Performance metrics including the market share of the organization.
• Lead and motivate the business development team and represent the company at industry events, and conferences.

Requirements- * Having a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration with a Master\'s degree is preferred.

• Should have a minimum 6 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong leadership and management skills is required.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required.
• Forward-looking strategist endowed with sharp business intuition, adept at recognizing and leveraging lucrative market openings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.
