Role Overview:

The General Manager - BD and CSR drives Medhavi's partnerships across corporate social responsibility, development agencies, and foundations, aligning them with MSU's education and skilling agenda. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with CSR decision-makers, NGOs, and sectoral intermediaries to secure partnerships for education and employment-linked skilling projects.



Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure CSR partnerships with corporates, foundations, and development agencies. Develop proposals for CSR-funded skilling, education, and employability initiatives. Collaborate with industry and NGO partners to align programmes with CSR mandates. Lead business development outreach through presentations, conferences, and networks. Coordinate with the Projects and Delivery teams to ensure partner satisfaction and impact delivery. Represent MSU in CSR forums, associations, and NGO Box-type platforms. Build and manage a BD pipeline aligned with annual revenue and impact targets.



Key Metrics

Number and value of CSR partnerships secured. Conversion rate from proposals to funded projects. Renewal and repeat partner ratio. Delivery satisfaction scores from partners. Contribution to institutional impact and revenue goals.



Qualifications

10-12 years in CSR business development or partnerships, preferably in skilling, education, or development. Experience working with CSR teams, foundations, or impact intermediaries. Strong proposal writing and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of CSR frameworks, ESG, and social impact design. Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Development, or Social Work preferred.
