Job Description

Qualification: i. B.Arch (mandatory) ii. M.Arch (Preferable) c.

Experience: Minimum 17 - 28 years

d. Other Criteria: i. Worked with an architectural design firm for at least 5-10 years ii.

Has worked on all stages of project as a designer - Concept to GFC

iii. Worked with large firms with good strength

iv. Has managed a team of minimum 4-10 people

v. Worked on commercial & residential projects of lakh sqft.

vi. Good understanding of building engineering, including, but not limited to Structure, MEP, lighting, landscape, signage, etc.

vii. Experience in preparing and/or reviewing BOQs and specifications viii. Experience in reviewing project budgets and value engineering

ix. Exposure to construction sites

x. Has exposure to working on BIM360 or similar platform xi. Good expertise on design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. xii. Good expertise on Office Suite xiii. Good understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and other project management fundamentals xiv. Good expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. xv. Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?375,000.00 per month
