Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance. Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with industrial and institutional clients. Oversee telecalling, marketing campaigns, and student lead conversions. Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Coordinate with marketing, HR, and academic teams for smooth operations. Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery. Plan and execute promotional activities and events.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

sales management, business development, or marketing leadership.

Minimum

3-10 years of experience

in the education, training, or service industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing coordination.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
