Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

Provide strategic leadership to the architectural team, aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and project managers. Collaborate with other department heads (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, Sales) for cross-functional coordination.

Architectural Design & Planning

Oversee and review architectural designs to ensure functionality, sustainability, aesthetics, and compliance with regulations. Ensure adherence to client requirements, budget, and timelines during the design phase. Drive innovation in design, staying updated on trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Project Oversight

Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Resolve design and construction challenges effectively and efficiently. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the key point of contact for high-level client interactions and approvals. Present design proposals and progress reports to clients, partners, and senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

Business Development & Strategy

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in architecture and allied services. Participate in bids, proposals, and presentations for major architectural projects. Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for the architecture division.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
