Job Purpose Ensures all employment taxes (including social security) are correctly withheld, reported and paid globally (estimated at : USD 1 billion globally) for Sandoz. Ensures any Company employment tax filings globally (e.g. equity plan returns), working through country organizations to achieve this. Supports any employment tax audits globally. Accountable for defining and implementing global employment tax strategy, governance, principles and risk management. Job Responsibility Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Run efficient DevOps during whole lifecycle of platforms, products, or systems from initiation till retirement, ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible Domain / functions Define and implement technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for responsible business domain/function(s) Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates. Partner with vendors to keep abreast with upgrades, changes and latest technology. Ensure on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio for responsible Business domain / functions. Ensure services, solutions, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact Track, report, and deliver against agreed success factors and KPIs for various stakeholders for responsible Domain / functions. Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing deploying new solutions and services Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: 1. Adherence to Technology operating model and strategy Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact Business impact and value generated from solutions. 2. Operations stability and effective risk management Feedback on customer experience. 3. Adoption and development of Agile, Productization and DevOps practices. 4. Adherence to applicable policies and controls for running applications/products. 5. Adherence to defined project / product budgets Adherence to applicable Security and Compliance policies and controls defined project management methodologies, tools, and practices and to delivery processes for Digital & IT projects. 6. Adherence to applicable policies and controls for running applications/products. 7. Adherence to budget and demonstration of efficiency initiatives with positive budget impact both within the business and Technology. Education: University degree or various degrees in business, computer science, information technology team or equivalent Languages: English excellent fluency in oral and written Experience: 1. 3 years+ of industry experience in IT, healthcare, or pharma expert understanding of technology and methodologies as applied in the respective area 2. Good Functional experience in pharmaceutical development domains combined with build & run of Digital & IT solutions. 3. Experience in leading products and managing diverse group of partners. 4. Experience and understanding of Agile product development. 5. Knowledge of IT & business processes and experience in validated environments (GxP). 6. High display of Sandoz Values & Behaviors. Skills: 1, Good communication & presentation skills Networking with key business and IT partners and ability to present to partner groups. 2. Good collaboration and interpersonal skills at team and management levels, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence. 3.
