We are a fast-growing travel management company providing seamless travel solutions to corporate and individual clients. To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Travel Consultant with hands-on Globalware experience, who can manage bookings, invoicing, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel operations and ensure bookings are accurately reflected in
Globalware.
Handle invoicing, credit notes, refunds, and reconciliations through the Globalware system.
Work closely with
GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
to ensure data is captured correctly in Globalware.
Generate MIS and client reports (sales, revenue, and travel spend analysis).
Maintain accurate client data, travel policies, and supplier records.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Globalware experience OR (Trams + Galileo) OR (Trams+ Sabre) experience - mandatory.
Strong understanding of
travel industry processes (ticketing, invoicing, reconciliations).
Working knowledge of at least one
GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication, problem-solving, and client-handling abilities.
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
