Global Sales Associate
, where you will be the vital link between our brand and our diverse, international customers. You will drive sales and build relationships through direct phone conversations and real-time digital chat.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Drive Global Sales:
Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into orders from our international customer base.
Master Digital Conversations:
Manage real-time customer interactions through social media chats (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and website live chat to guide, advise, and close sales.
Be a Wellness Guide:
Develop deep knowledge of our product range to provide consultative, empathetic, and accurate advice to customers with diverse needs.
Build Relationships:
Provide exceptional post-sale support, address concerns, handle objections, and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Collaborate & Contribute:
Work closely with the logistics and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to delivery.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):
Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience in
tele-sales, customer support, or digital sales
. Experience in
wellness, healthcare, fitness, or e-commerce
is a
huge advantage
.
Communication Superstar:
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and calmly to a global audience.
Digital Native:
Comfortable using social media platforms for business and familiar with live chat software or basic CRM tools.
Empathetic Seller:
A natural helper. You listen first, understand the customer's need, and recommend the best solution--not just push a product.
Resilient & Adaptable:
Thrive in a target-driven environment and can gracefully handle different time zones and cultural nuances.
Education:
Any graduate. A background in English, Communications, or Nutrition/Wellness is a plus.
