Reporting To: Director of E-commerce Marketing
Role Summary: Responsible for the strategic growth and technical health of the company's non-marketplace websites, focusing on organic acquisition, superior user experience, and revenue generation across all global e-commerce sites.
Key Responsibilities
? Global SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven SEO strategy (technical, content, and link building) to drive high-intent organic traffic across all global sites.
? Site Health & Performance: Proactively monitor site speed, core web vitals, and technical SEO elements to ensure peak performance and stability.
? Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user flow and conversion funnels, and implement A/B testing to improve overall site conversion rates.
? Local Digital Assets: Oversee the management and optimization of local digital assets, including monitoring and strategically boosting the volume and quality of Google Reviews.
? Reporting: Track and report on key website metrics, including organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and revenue ROI.
