Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end visa processing operations for multiple countries ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers to facilitate visa approvals.
Verify and scrutinize visa documents and applications to meet respective country requirements.
Provide clear and timely communication with clients regarding visa status, requirements, and updates.
Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, travel consultants) to ensure smooth client experience.
Keep updated with changes in visa policies, travel regulations, and document requirements globally.
Handle queries and resolve issues related to visa processing efficiently.
Prepare reports on visa application statuses and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in visa operations, travel agency, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of global visa regulations and documentation requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in MS Office
