to lead the end-to-end coordination of testing activities during IT service transitions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all testing--across internal teams and client engagements--is aligned with business objectives and conducted to the highest quality standards.
As part of the IT Service Transition phase--an essential component of the
ITIL lifecycle
--you will play a critical role in verifying that new or modified services are fit for purpose, mitigate risk, and deliver measurable value.

Your role will include:

Writing Test Plans
Identifying Test Resources for Internal Testing
Collating Test Cases
Efficient execution of Test Cases
Logging and tracking defects to resolution
Working with Transition Managers to identify UAT Testers amongst our Clients
Building UAT Plans and Kick-off meetings
Conducting Test Execution Progress meeting and Defect Triages
Reporting of progress and Statistics to inform project decision making
Skill Requirements

You will be successful in this role if you have:
ITIL 4 Foundation certification
with a strong understanding of service transition principles.
ISTQB certification
or equivalent in software testing.
Minimum of
5 years' experience in a Test Manager role
, leading complex testing initiatives across multiple teams and projects.
