DESCRIPTION

\xc2\xb7 Manage Training Specialists & govern end to end training life cycle
. Maintain Training Specialists\' performance & drive performance improvement initiatives for bottom performing resources in the Training & Ops Teams
\xc2\xb7 Periodically review training content with Training Specialists, Ops & Policy partners & work with ID specialist to customize / create new and / or maintain existing training content
\xc2\xb7 Coach Training Specialists & improve training delivery using multiple innovative training delivery methodologies
\xc2\xb7 Coach Ops SMEs / mentors & improve the "On the Job Training" process
\xc2\xb7 Manage and work as per need with global partners in Training, Quality, Ops, Tech, Product Policy & Program Teams
\xc2\xb7 Manage Training Delivery projects and deliver results in time; Standardize and maintain processes specific to the project in partnership with the Program, Tech, Product, Policy and Operations teams.
\xc2\xb7 Partner with business leaders to decide learning strategy, learning needs and goals
\xc2\xb7 Administer LMS to host, schedule and track training
\xc2\xb7 Report out training performance; Identify, define, track, assess and report metrics and training effectiveness.
. Own learning plans of global audience, maintain the learning project roadmap, and oversee learning administration
. Partner with Operations, Subject Matter Experts, Quality Auditors and other key stakeholders to identify training needs
. Should be able to scale the Training Team globally, maintain training HC ratios while rigorously evaluating trainer utilization; should be able to make HC recommendation as & when required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience with data analysis and business case development, and managing programs from concept to implementation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in e-commerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry or management consulting with focus on one of these industries
