The training administrator (TA) is responsible for running daily operations on global leadership trainings -via the Learning Management System (Ramboll Academy), and supporting global leadership development projects on administrative tasks, project coordination and as superuser on digital learning technologies used as part of the projects.

The training administrator communicates with internal and external vendors, runs internal billing and approves invoices for training and supports on project admin.

Key Responsibilities:

Take part in administrative tasks related to global leadership programmes always with end user in mind, i.e. setting up Teams sites, coordinating with admins on vendor site for the best learning experience.

Setting up and updating SharePoint/ intranet sites related to training and making sure they are up to date and easy to navigate.

Participate as admin and in some global projects, take part in testing new digital learning tools, and take the role as super user for some learning technologies as part of pilot projects/new services in GLD.

Administers training registrations (registrations, cancellations, withdrawals, waiting lists etc.)

Manages training logistics (booking of hotels, training rooms etc.)

Is first line support for the business area, the TA supports and can guide both on what kind of training is appropriate, policies and system functionality, from a user perspective

Use the standard reporting available within LMS to be proactive in relation to the maintenance of course and content

Handle employee questions

Ensure learning data is validated and kept up to date

Keep process and procedures for admin tasks up to date

Liase with training owners to ensure learning content are reviewed min every 6 months and kept up to date by the training owners

Govern mandatory training and ensure compliance

Administer personality tests and 360 assessments

Ensure that processes and storage of data are compliant

Qualifications

Professional administration skills of 3 to 6 years(systematic and with an attention to the details, user centric and thinking creative, if/when new solutions are needed)

Project admin/coordinator skills (planning, estimating, executing, follow up/learning-
documentation of best practices)

Strong client focus - delivering the best service to our internal clients/stakeholders

Logical thinking and problem solving

Good with, and interested in working with IT systems/learning technology

Good communication skills and able to collaborate with many different vendors and stakeholders internally

Global mindset - can work with and is interested in other cultures

Budgeting skills (understand what cost elements training is comprised of) and follow up per course - (Profit/Loss)

Good English skills

Additional Information

The Training admin is a global role that services the entirety of the Ramboll Organization

The TA should also utilize the Global LMS Operations team (GLO) for the services provided from them (reporting, updates, custom reports etc.)

The Training Admin is part of team run by the global HR Shared Services Organization.

The TA work as integrated part of the Global Leadership Development team in TD Center of Excellence
