Project Lead - Hyderabad

Have the ambition to work on large-scale social impact projects that lead grassroots upliftment via trade promotion then this is the role for you! We are looking for a Project Lead for trade consulting and advisory projects.

What we Expect (Skills & Experience):

- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management of a high growth social impact venture with Bachelor\'s degree and MBA from a Premier School is a must

- Ability to structure, summarise & present complex topics effectively to a geographically dispersed audience is a must

- Strong executive presence with ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment

- Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop out of the box solutions that can be implemented in real-time

- Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset

- Comfortable in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives

- Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills

- Proven Program Management experience with the ability to breakdown complex projects into executable tasks with agile methodologies in the trade promotion, international relations and economic development sector is a must

- Proven successful stints in leading Commerce, Trade, International Relations Projects is mandatory

What you can Expect (Role & Responsibilities):

- You will be responsible for driving strategic trade enhancement initiatives across various sectors while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

- Translate the vision and goals into actions across the project charter, while supporting various program leads in high impact project delivery

- You will be monitoring various programs progress and maintaining quality, while course-correcting for on time delivery

- It is essential for you to develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution

- Ensure delivery of presentations and collaterals with insightful research, relevant information, arguments and proof of concepts

- You shall lead project plans, stakeholder consultations, and presentations submissions as part of the projects being driven
