PIPECARE Group is looking for an experienced Global Tax Advisor to join our team in India.
The Global Tax Advisor will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's global tax compliance and strategy across multiple regions. The role ensures adherence to international tax laws, supports business operations with tax planning and risk management, and coordinates with local team and authorities as required.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations in all operating countries (EMEA, India, USA, Canada, and Latin America), including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing.
• Advise management on international tax planning, structuring, and optimization opportunities.
• Review cross-border transactions to identify tax risks and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with external 3rd party regional tax advisors, auditors, and authorities in various jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review tax filings, documentation, and reports for multiple countries.
• Support M&A, restructuring, and expansion projects with tax due diligence and planning input.

• Monitor changes in international and local tax legislation, assessing their impact on company operations.
• Provide guidance and training to finance teams on tax compliance and policy updates.
• Ensure accurate tax accounting and reconciliation in line with IFRS/local GAAP standards

Specifically, the PC scope of work will cover. * Preparation of Tax policy & related inter-company transfer pricing policy

• Tax Reporting compliance [for the whole group] with related 3rd party regional tax advisors [On time/accuracy of reporting]
• Tax budget optimization [based on possible returns in various jurisdictions]
• Internal tax compliance [assurance the company or its subsidiaries do not have tax liabilities; esp. permanent establishment related].
• Review /Approval of incoming contracts with respect to Tax Cost & PC Entity to which the contract will be awarded

Skills/Experience required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/CTA preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in international or regional tax advisory, preferably within a multinational or Big Four firm.
• Strong knowledge of international tax treaties, BEPS, transfer pricing, and indirect taxation.
• Experience working across EMEA, India, USA, Canada, Latin America and international markets is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English is a must

• Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
• Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
• Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
• Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
