We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Associate Recruiter

with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in hiring across the

UK and European regions

. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of regional recruitment practices, compliance norms, and market expectations. This role is crucial in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities while collaborating with global stakeholders and recruitment partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the sourcing for the entire UK and Europe region for all both the Tech & Non-Tech roles. Understand regional hiring nuances including right-to-work regulations, notice periods, and work culture differences. Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to gather role requirements and define sourcing strategies. Use job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools to proactively identify and engage suitable talent. Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary to ensure a smooth hiring process. Track and report key recruitment metrics and ensure SLAs and timelines are met. Stay up to date with recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring activity within the UK/EU region.

Qualifications

Requirements:



1-2 years of relevant experience in

UK and European region recruitment

. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment laws relevant to the UK/EU market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures. Comfortable with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems). Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:



Experience working in a staffing agency or consulting environment. Exposure to tech or niche hiring in the UK/EU market. Familiarity with GDPR and related data privacy compliance in recruitment.
