As a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter/Sourcer at Johnson Controls, you will play a crucial role in managing the candidate life cycle for hiring needs in the North America region. You will be responsible for effectively managing candidate pipeline and facilitate the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for all candidates. Developing strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
How you will do it:
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough market research to identify passive candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.
Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recommendations.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting JCI's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to potential candidates.
What we look for:
5+ years of proven experience in global recruitment or global talent sourcing
Experience supporting positions in Engineering, Manufacturing or Sales is preferred
Strong experience in sourcing related activities to help drive talent into the organization
Demonstrated ability to build recruiting strategy, employer branding, candidate management, talent sourcing with emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
Strong skills in talent research and sourcing, social media recruiting and other techniques to identify and engage with talent.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Global Talent Acquisition/Sourcing setup. Sourcing within US, UK or EU market desired.
Proven experience with LinkedIn sourcing, both passive and active.
