We are seeking a talented and experienced Sustainability Expert to work with our global team of responsible supply chain employees and drive our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) operations and business growth. This role is critical in ensuring our clients\' supply chains meet the highest sustainability standards while also contributing to our company\'s growth and expansion. Responsibilities: Work with a diverse global team of responsible supply chain employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance. Develop and implement sustainable supply chain strategies and initiatives in collaboration with clients, focusing on ESG considerations, carbon footprint reduction, ethical sourcing, waste reduction, and social impact. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients\' supply chains, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive sustainable practices. Stay up-to-date with global sustainability trends, regulations, and industry best practices, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients and expand our client base by showcasing our sustainable solutions. Host our ESG Advisory Board - set up by global ESG leaders from the Financial Services Industry, Technology firms and well known universities. Actively participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote our sustainability expertise and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, highlighting the value of our sustainability services and driving revenue growth. Also work with NGOs or research partners to work on Thought Leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred. Proven experience in sustainable supply chain management, ESG operations, or related areas, ideally within a global Supply Chain, BPO or consultancy environment. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire a diverse team. Excellent understanding of sustainability frameworks, regulations, and best practices, including carbon footprint measurement, ethical sourcing, circular economy, and social impact assessment Ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through selling services and expanding client relationships Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
