Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, optimization, and implementation of consistent end-to-end planning processes across key areas including Capture Demand, Stocking, Safety Stock/EOQ, Forecasting, and Deployment. Lead functional and integration testing efforts to ensure the successful deployment of system enhancements and new features into the productive environment. Manage the rollout of the Global Planning solution to new locations (e.g., NAFTA, China) and oversee the integration with order processing systems in Europe and Dubai, as well as SAP S/4HANA under the Future System Landscape (FSL) initiative. Provide 3rd-level technical support for Spare Parts Planning, acting as a key interface between operational teams and IT to resolve complex system and process issues. Work within the Global Planning Scrum Team, applying the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology to ensure effective and agile solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in supply chain planning, system integration, or related roles within a global organization Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes (Demand, Stocking, EOQ, Forecasting, Deployment) Experience with SAP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA Familiarity with system integration and functional testing Understanding of agile methodologies, especially SAFe and Scrum Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills Excellent communication skills for working across global teams Experience in global rollout and support of planning solutions
Qualifikationen
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations Knowledge of Spare Parts Planning processes Certification in SAFe, Scrum, or Agile methodologies
