Purpose:

The Global Spend Analyst will be responsible for exceptions in the \xe2\x80\x9cOversight\xe2\x80\x9d tool by reviewing the reasons an expense or invoice was flagged, assessing compliance with company policy and expectations, and providing feedback to the employees, managers or vendors as needed. Oversight is a third-party tool that reviews company travel & entertainment expenses and vendor invoices and flags potential duplicate or erroneous submissions, waste or misuse or other anomalies for our team to further investigate.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify trends in the exceptions and communicate within the team and across to other teams to address root causes and minimize future risk.
• Monthly reporting on findings and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policy.
• Providing data for audit committee reports.
• Investigate and resolve T&E and Payables discrepancies.
• Assist IA and Master Data Management teams on an ad hoc basis.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business of Finance

• 2+ Years of professional work experience in Finance, Audit or Compliance
• Experience in a professional or office environment strongly preferred

Required skills:

• Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) experience preferred
• Experience in auditing, financial data analysis or data analytics
• Experience with Concur Expense, Concur Invoice and SAP is a plus
• Experience with Oversight is a plus
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
