Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor commodities markets, analyze BOMs, and establish baseline costs to optimize pricing.
Manage supplier contracts, performance, dual sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
Support new product development (NPD) with RFQs, supplier selection, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Oversee 3rd party tooling/equipment assets and provide sourcing support for manufacturing needs.
Lead supply chain improvements in cost savings, risk management, lead-time reduction, and quality.
Provide strategic analytics, reporting, and best-practice recommendations to business executives.
