About the role
Talent Scout lead will lead the talent sourcing strategy for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for handling the company\xe2\x80\x99s end to end talent sourcing operations. To be successful as a strategic talent scout lead, you need to have a solid understanding of talent sourcing channels, talent market in pharma industry, negotiation methods as well as substantial experience in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee and manage team of talent scouts, assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with the organization\'s recruitment goals and business needs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide feedback to Recruitment COE on the effectiveness of the sourcing channels. Recommend new channels for untapped sources.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop engagement strategies to build relationships with potential candidates and maintain their interest.
\xef\x82\xb7 Gather feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and team members to refine sourcing strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to clarify job specifications and requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Leveraging technology, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in identifying and tracking candidates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Building and nurturing relationships with industry professionals, attending networking events, and representing the organization at relevant conferences.
\xef\x82\xb7 Provide training, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyse sourcing data to measure the success of strategies and make data driven decisions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage sourcing related budgets and allocate resources effectively
\xef\x82\xb7 Establish sourcing metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports on sourcing effectiveness.
Qualifications

Requirements and Skills \xef\x82\xb7 Graduate in HR with 10+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience in handling functional sourcing teams.
\xef\x82\xb7 Deeper understanding about industry trends, market dynamics and emerging technologies that help build sourcing strategy.
\xef\x82\xb7 Understanding the importance of diversity and inclusion in workplace which in turn helps drive sourcing strategy to attract diversity candidates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of external best practices - Talent Sourcing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with the skills, qualifications, and certifications relevant to various job positions and relevant industries. Knowledge of skill shortages and areas of high demand in the market.
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on experience with sourcing software. Experience in leading sourcing team preferably Pharma industry.
\xef\x82\xb7 Outstanding negotiation abilities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player. Great Collaboration skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good time-management skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
