We are hiring Global Sales Executives to manage the end-to-end sales cycle for global (US/Canada/UK) learners. The role involves counselling working professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable IT upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete sales lifecycle.
Engage with qualified international leads across US/Canada/UK markets
Counsel working professionals via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand career goals and recommend relevant IT programs
Build trust through consultative, value-based conversations
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate MIS, CRM updates, and lead trackers
Coordinate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams
Requirements
6 months+ of experience in international voice / B2C sales is preferred
Excellent spoken English (neutral or US accent preferred)
Comfortable working in US night shifts
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
Ability to manage high call volumes and structured follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus
Target-driven mindset with strong incentive motivation
