We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Global Sales Executive

to support our international sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling overseas clients, export documentation, and communication within the

furniture or home decor industry

. This role requires strong coordination, follow-up skills, and an understanding of global markets and export procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential international clients, buyers, and distributors. Manage communication with overseas clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings. Share product catalogs, quotations, and follow up on inquiries to convert them into orders. Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, lead status, and follow-up schedules. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual buying meets to represent the brand. Handle basic export documentation and liaise with freight forwarders and CHA agents. Conduct basic market research to identify trends and competitor activities in key regions. Support the senior sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly export sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in international sales/export roles, preferably in the

furniture industry

. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and payment terms (LC, TT). Proficiency in MS Office, email etiquette, and CRM tools. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with clients across time zones.
