Job Description

Responsibilities:

Real-time Monitoring and Control:

Continuously monitoring the performance of renewable energy systems (e.g., solar, wind, hydro) using SCADA and other monitoring systems.

Performance Optimization:

Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in energy output, efficiency, and grid stability.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

Diagnosing and resolving operational issues, coordinating with regional teams for on-site support when needed.

Control Strategy Development:

Designing and implementing control strategies to optimize system performance, manage grid stability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing operational data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

Working closely with regional control centers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

System Upgrades and Maintenance:

Participating in the planning and implementation of system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of control strategies, operational procedures, and system configurations.

Technical Expertise:

Providing technical leadership and expertise on renewable energy control systems.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Significant experience in the operation and control of renewable energy systems, preferably with experience in a global or multi-site environment.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of SCADA systems, control theory, power systems, and renewable energy technologies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve operational issues.

Project Management Skills:

Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Knowledge of Renewable Energy Standards:

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to renewable energy generation and grid connection.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Control centre renewable: 8 years (Required) Asset management: 5 years (Required)
