The opportunity


With new project awards and growth in the business, a position has arisen to ensure the current and future staffing requirements are met on time and with the best available talent in the market.


This is a role for a successful global recruitment resourcer who would be responsible for identifying, screening and helping recruiters to select employees for Mace across India and other international locations.


You'll be responsible for:

Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and right cultural fit for the Mace organisation. Screening and shortlisting resumes based on specific criteria, skills, platform, qualification and relevant experience. Presenting candidates, sourcing information, and additional data to recruiters. Scheduling candidate interviews working with recruitment managers. Maintaining constant communication with recruitment managers for completing recruitment process and procedures. Sourcing candidates through ATS/ CRM and other social media.

You'll need to have:

Proficiency in MS Office and experienced in fast paced, complex environments and you're confident partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries. Good knowledge with applicant tracking systems and other HR databases. Familiarity in social media and other professional networks. Ability to identify good cultural, behavioural and technical fit for the business. Strong background in resourcing within construction/property/engineering sector. English and Indian language skills are a significant advantage.
